Venezuelan baritone graduated from Music School Pedro Nolasco Colon under the tutorship of the Italian Maestro Elio Malfatti. He got the title of Performer, Mention: Opera Singing. He was the winner of the prize “Most Promising Voice” in Jose Angel Lamas Contest and “Best Voice” and “Third Place” in Alfredo Hollander Contest. He has played the main roles of Rigoletto, Germont, Don Giovanni, Sharpless, Belcore, Roque, Colon, Danilo, Marcello, Conde Mario, Conde Gil, Silvio, Guglielmo, Slook, Alfio, Scarpia, Juan El Indiano and El Diablo of La Cantata Criolla from Venezuelan composer Antonio Estévez. He sings as baritone soloist choral symphonic in Beethoven’s 9th and Carmina Burana by Carl Orff. He has received Master Classes with Teresa Berganza, Mirella Freni and the Venezuelan Maestro Pedro Liendo. He has performed in the major concert halls of the country as the Rios Reyna and Jose Felix Rivas of the Teresa Carreño Theater, Teatro Municipal and National, Armonía Theater and Aula Magna UCV. He has played in October-December 2007 the role of Silvio in I Pagliacci by Leoncavallo in the prestigious Opera Cologne in Germany and El Diablo from Estevez with the Orchestra I Musici of Montreal in Canada. He has been directed by the Venezuelan Maestros: Carlos Riazuelo, Alfredo Rugeles, Gustavo Dudamel, Rodolfo Saglimbeni, Pablo Castellanos, Felipe Izcaray, Cristian Vazquez, Rodolfo Barraes, Cesar Ivan Lara, Angelo Pagliuca, Antonio Delgado, Yuri Hung, Telesforo Naranjo, Isabel Palacios and also by the Maestros Aldo Cirilo, Enrico Dovico y Balack Kohar. He performed in 2011 the Primo role of Francisco de Miranda, in the debut of the Venezuelan Opera “19 de Abril” by Venezuelan Composer Luis Ochoa.
He played “El Diablo” of La Cantata Criolla in May 2016 at the Palace of Fine Arts in Mexico. He is currently a member of the popular vocal quartet of pop opera www.ankora.com.ve
